How long does delivery take?
From the moment you complete your order, it will be picked within 1-4 business days and shipped the day after picking. The average delivery time is between 6 and 22 business days. The delivery time will also be displayed on the product page before ordering.
For orders from outside Israel, delivery time will vary depending on location:
- USA - Average delivery time is 5 to 20 business days.
- Europe/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/South America - Average delivery time is between 7 and 23 business days.
- Other locations - Delivery time may vary between 1 and 5 weeks.
**During holiday seasons, orders may be delayed by several additional days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over 150 ILS. The shipping cost for orders under 150 ILS is only 9.90 ILS.

What if I don't receive the delivery?
If you have not received your order after 45 days, we will consider your order lost by the shipping company and will provide you with a full refund or resend the product, at your choice. In such a case, please contact us by email - Info@Shoprifty.com.
Orders
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number immediately after your order is picked – within 72 hours. If you have not received a tracking number after 72 hours, please contact us.
How can I change an order I've already placed?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

Which shipping company will handle my order?
Orders are delivered via local shipping companies. We ship orders from our warehouses in Israel, Europe, and Asia, depending on the available stock in each warehouse. Once the package arrives in the country, you will receive an SMS from us regarding a package being sent via HFD, Cheetah Deliveries, ePost, or Israel Post.
Occasionally, orders with multiple items may be received in separate packages. We do this when we have stock in different warehouses, and to avoid delaying the shipment.
How can I cancel the reservation I made?
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, we can only guarantee cancellation within the first 3 hours. After 3 hours, you will likely need to wait to receive the product and then initiate a return.

What if I receive a faulty product?
If you received an incorrect, missing and/or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. It is recommended to include your order number, pictures of the defective items, and any other additional information regarding the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
How do I return a product?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our customer service will review your return request and send instructions regarding the return.
- All returns must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags, and without altering the original package size.
- Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted for return
Do I have to pay for the return?
Return shipping fees and other miscellaneous charges are the customer's responsibility.
How long does the return process take?
The return process may take some time and depends on the shipping company.
Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
When will I receive a refund after returning a product?
The credit will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will usually be visible within 5 business days from the time we receive the returned item.
Can I get the refund on a different credit card?
It is not possible to credit a charge to a different payment method than the one you used when making the purchase. If your credit card is lost or expired, a refund can still be processed.
Please contact your credit card company or bank to arrange the credit and receive the funds.
Where do I send the product back to?
- After your refund request, our customer service will contact you and provide instructions for the return.
- Please send the product via registered mail and provide us with the tracking number.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
In addition, you can pay using the bit app. This payment method can be selected on the payment page. bit is a safe and secure payment app from Bank Hapoalim, and can be used by customers of all banks.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, absolutely.
You can pay in installments, starting from an amount of 100 shekels.
- For an amount of 100 NIS, you can pay in 2 installments.
- For an amount of 200 NIS, you can pay in 3 installments.
- For an amount of 300 NIS, you can pay in 4 installments.
- For an amount of 400 NIS, you can pay in 5 installments.
- For an amount of 500 NIS, you can pay in 6 installments.
- For an amount of 1,000 NIS, you can pay in 12 installments.
Please note, there will be no commission whatsoever for up to 2 installments. From three installments onwards, a commission of only 0.5% will apply. From five installments onwards, an additional 0.5% commission will apply for each additional installment. From the tenth installment onwards, the commission will be 1% for each additional installment.
